Grundocrack technology applies polyethylene, polypropylene and other pipes with diameters from fi 100 mm to 800 mm, with rehabilitation lengths of up to 100 meters. This method is extremely economical, reducing the time of work and the space required for intervention. In addition, it ensures high quality of performance and long-term sustainability of new pipelines.
Pipeline rehabilitation using the static method
Pipeline rehabilitation using the static method, especially through the Pipe bursting technology, enables the quick and economical renovation of worn-out sewage, water and gas pipes. This method of replacing old pipes with new pipes, including polyethylene, polypropylene, metal and ductile iron pipes, is extremely efficient because it requires minimal construction pits at the starting and finishing points. The method is suitable for pipes with diameters from fi 40 mm to 1200 mm and allows the rehabilitation of sections up to 500 meters long in one piece. In addition to being fast, this method does not cause noise and vibrations, thereby reducing the impact on the environment and traffic. Unlike classic methods, this technology enables faster execution of works, reduces the space required for works and minimizes the time of traffic interruptions.
